Ever wonder what limits you from achieving your dreams?
I don't have the time. I don't have the money. I don't have the looks, the talent, the charisma...
You are the problem. Your attitude, your entitlement, your inaction...these are what limit you, hindering your growth as a person. You have everything you need to surpass your limits.
All it takes is small, deliberate steps and daily improvement.
THE KAIZEN LIFE
Kaizen Life is a community that consists of people who share one goal: Improvement. We understand that life is a marathon, not a sprint, and that meaningful change can take time. However, we also understand that time is limited. We seek to uncover high yield information that lets us learn the fundamentals of a task without wasting time on the minutia. Most of all, we realize that developing good habits is the precursor to fitness, emotional well-being, and continual daily growth. Perspective and attitude are our weapons. When asked if we have reached the limits of our ability, we answer:
Salvador Abiera, SPT
The road to where I am today is full of twists and turns. I started college as a Political Science major, where I also dabbled in film and started my own small production company. After college I took business and accounting classes as well as started working in healthcare administration. A serial entrepreneur, I started a few companies--some of which failed (a prayer for my defunct card shop), while others did pretty well for themselves. It wasn't till I was 26 that I made the commitment to go back to school to pursue a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, which led me to Chapman University where I am finishing up my second year of classes.
